Meditation is powerful - Enquire about class times

Often times we find our daily life is fraught with turmoil and stress. Meditation can help us discover that place of serenity within. Meditation enables us to learn how to deal with life’s many trials and tribulations in an uplifting and positive way. Your meditation teacher will help you understand why it is vitally important to take time out to shelter in your newly discovered inner world. This will give you much needed time for introspection, focus and insights on how to navigate daily problems with intelligent grace.
